Watched an episode of CSI:Miami. In one of the ending dialogues between a CSI and detective, they were commenting about how much shit they had to go through and some of the public even scolded them. Then they questioned themselves why are they still doing the law enforcement work? And one of the replied that it's for the few families who thank them at the end of the day for bringing their family member back. The other smiled in agreement.

I reckoned with the dialogue. Lotsa shit. But at the end of the day, one of the reasons of being in the work is for those few who really appreciate what I'm doing.
