Weight Loss
Caught this on some mandarin entertainment channel. It’s the weight loss regime of an actress.
1) Stand and eat in front of a mirror, naked. If the stomach starts to bulge, the food one is eating causes one to put on weight. Stop eating it. (Hmm… interesting)
2) Don’t consume caffeine. Intake of caffeine reduces the body’s water content through frequent urination. The reduction of water causes one to put on weight more easily. (I could’ve found the cause of my fats…)
3) Don’t consume dairy products and meat. Instead, eat vegetables and fish.
4) Do yoga and pilates. (Something I hope to take up)
That’s about all I can recall.
If someone’s wondering… Nope. I’m not gonna subject myself to the above with the exception of yoga and pilates. 1’s interesting but personally an uncomfortable situation to be in. 2, I’m a caffeine addict. 3, sole consumption of vegetables and fish requires lotsa determination and there are dishes that can’t be resisted.

is stay on an island. grow own vege.. then no choice
Nah... balanced diet better. Read some health magazine and it said different blood groups should eat more of certain food. Think those with A blood supposed to have more vegee intake... their A blood ancestors used to be farmers.
America is the best weight loss program! @ least for me :P
